VoipInclusive, part of the Callagenix Group is committed to protecting a User's privacy. It will only use the information that it collects about a User lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

VoipInclusive collects information about Users for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible Service.

The User has the right to opt out of receiving newsletters or emails from VoipInclusive or from third parties.

VoipInclusive may use information relating to the User in compiling reports or publications. It will ensure that the User’s privacy is respected and the reports or publications will not include any information that could lead to identification of the User.

If the User finds any inaccuracies they should be reported to VoipInclusive who will amend their records promptly.

The information that VoipInclusive holds will be held securely in accordance with the Callagenix group’s internal security policy. If VoipInclusive intends to transfer User's information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) VoipInclusive will always obtain the User's consent first.

VoipInclusive may use technology (cookies) to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to the VoipInclusive web site. This enables us to improve our service to our clients and visitors. If you do not wish us to do so you can easily decline or remove cookies from your computer using the settings within the Internet Options section in your computer control panel.

INDEMNITY

Users agree to indemnify and hold VoipInclusive, the Callagenix Group and its subsidiaries, resellers, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branded partners or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including all legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of User's content on the Services, use of the Service by Users, connection to the Service by Users, User's violation of the Terms & Conditions, or User's violation of any rights of another including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or property or other rights, including loss of Service by other Users and infringement of intellectual property.
